Construction Debris Removal in Snellville
Your remodel is done, but the pile of drywall, old cabinets and broken tile is still sitting in the driveway. We load it up, haul it away and sweep the spot clean, with photos before, during and after so you can see exactly what left your home.
Clearing out what the project left behind
Most renovation jobs end with a mess nobody planned for. Contractors sometimes leave the tear-out behind, and DIY projects almost always do. We take the heavy, awkward and sharp material off your hands so you can actually use the space you just improved.
We photograph the debris before we touch it, again once it is loaded, and again after we sweep. You get a clear record of what was hauled and what the area looked like when we left. That helps if you are settling up with a contractor, or if you simply were not home for the pickup.
What our construction debris service covers
- Remodel tear-out
- Old drywall, plaster, cabinets, countertops, vanities and flooring. Carpet and pad usually come out wet and heavy, and we bag or roll them so nothing drags across your floors.
- Lumber and framing scraps
- Boards, trim, studs and old decking, nails and all. We handle them with gloves and load them so nothing snags on the way out.
- Tile, brick and concrete pieces
- Dense material fills a truck by weight long before it fills it by volume. We look at it on site so the estimate reflects what is actually there.
- Roofing and siding leftovers
- Partial bundles of shingles, old siding panels and gutter pieces from exterior work.
- Sweep and nail check
- After loading, we sweep the driveway or yard and go over the area for stray nails and screws. Nobody wants a flat tire a week after the remodel.
- Photos at each step
- Before, loaded and after shots of your space, so you can see the work even if you were at the office.
Signs it is time to call us
The pile is killing your lawn
Debris left on grass for a couple of weeks leaves a dead patch underneath. The sooner it moves, the faster the yard recovers.
Your contractor did not haul it
Some bids leave cleanup to the homeowner. If you are staring at the leftovers now, we can clear them in one visit.
Rain keeps soaking it
Drywall and carpet soak up water and get heavier, messier and harder to move. In Snellville, a few summer storms can turn a dry pile into a soggy one.
The garage is full of scraps
If your car has been parked outside since the project started, it is time. We also handle full garage cleanouts if the scraps are just part of the problem.
Your car or truck is not up to it
Hauling tile and plaster in a sedan or small pickup means many trips and real strain. One truck and a crew does it in one go.
What affects the price of debris removal
We give upfront pricing with no hidden fees, and you hear the number before we start. The price comes mostly from how much room your debris takes up in the truck and how heavy it is. Here is what moves it.
Volume
A few contractor bags of drywall costs far less than a full kitchen tear-out. More space in the truck means a higher price.
Weight of the material
Tile, brick, concrete and wet carpet are heavy for their size. Heavy loads cost more to dispose of than light ones.
Where the debris sits
A pile at the curb is quick. Debris in a basement, upstairs bedroom or backyard behind a fence takes longer to carry out.
Mixed or sorted loads
Clean, sorted material can be easier to handle. A pile of everything mixed together takes a bit more time to load safely.
How a debris pickup goes
- 1
A quick call
Tell us what the project was and roughly what is left. We can often give you a good idea of cost by phone, or come by for a free on-site estimate.
- 2
A walk-through and starting shots
On the day, we look over the pile, confirm the price with you before any lifting starts, and capture how the area looks before we begin.
- 3
Loading with care
We protect door frames and floors if debris is inside, and keep sharp pieces away from siding and cars. A shot of the loaded truck shows what is leaving.
- 4
Sweep and after photos
We clean up the spot, check for nails, and take after photos so you can see the finished area.

Questions about construction debris removal
Do I need to bag or sort the debris first?
No. We load it as it sits, loose or bagged. If you want to help, keeping heavy pieces like tile and concrete in one spot speeds things up a little, but it is never required.
Is there anything you cannot take?
Some items have disposal rules, like liquid paint, solvents and other chemicals, plus anything that might contain asbestos from older homes. Tell us what is in the pile when you call and we will give you a straight answer before we arrive.
Will you take debris from inside the house?
Yes. We carry it out of kitchens, bathrooms and basements and protect the floors and door frames on the way. If the tear-out is still sitting in the basement, our basement cleanouts page covers that kind of job too.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
Not always. If the debris is outside and easy to reach, we can do the job while you are out. The before and after shots let you see exactly what was taken and how the area looks now.
Can you come during an ongoing remodel?
Yes. Some homeowners have us clear a pile mid-project so it does not take over the yard, then call again when the work is finished.
