Commercial Junk Removal in Snellville

We clear out offices, retail spaces, rental units and small warehouses so you can get back to running your business. Every job comes with photos of the space before we start and after we finish, so you have a record for owners, landlords or your own files.

Clearing the space so your business can use it again

Commercial junk removal is the right call when stuff is taking up room you pay for. That might be a back office full of broken chairs, a storefront you are handing back to the landlord, or a rental unit a tenant left behind. We bring the crew, the truck and the muscle, and we load from wherever the items sit.

What sets us apart is the paper trail. Before we lift anything, we photograph the space. We take another set once it is empty. If you manage a property for someone else or need to show a landlord the unit was cleared, those pictures do the explaining for you.

We work with businesses in Snellville and nearby towns like Lawrenceville, Lilburn and Duluth, and we plan around your hours so customers and staff are not tripping over us.

What the work covers

Office furniture and equipment
Desks, cubicle panels, filing cabinets, conference tables and the chairs nobody sits in anymore. We take apart what will not fit through the door and carry it out in pieces.
Retail fixtures and displays
Shelving, gondolas, counters, mannequins and signage from a store that is remodeling or closing. Heavy metal shelving is broken down on site so it loads safely.
Rental and tenant turnovers
When a tenant moves out and leaves furniture, mattresses and bags behind, we clear the unit so you can clean, repair and list it again. The before shots help if there is a deposit question later.
Back rooms and stockrooms
Old inventory, packaging, broken carts and boxes of who-knows-what. We sort it as we load so items that can be donated or recycled are kept apart from true trash.
Photo records for every job
You get pictures of the space as we found it and as we left it. They are simple, dated and easy to forward to an owner, manager or accountant.

Signs it is time to call in a crew

  • You are moving out or downsizing

A lease is ending and the space has to be empty by a set date. Getting the haul-out on the calendar early takes one big worry off the list.

  • Storage has taken over workspace

Broken equipment and old fixtures are filling rooms your staff should be using. That is floor space you are paying rent on.

  • A tenant left a mess behind

Furniture, trash bags and abandoned belongings in a unit you need to turn over. Clearing it quickly shortens the time it sits empty.

  • Clutter is becoming a safety issue

Boxes blocking exits, stacked chairs in hallways or piles near electrical panels. Those are trip hazards and can draw attention during an inspection.

How a commercial job runs

  1. 1

    Talk it through by phone

Tell us what needs to go, where it sits and when your space is open. We give you a price range over the phone, or set up a free, no-obligation on-site estimate for larger jobs.

  2. 2

    Before pictures and a walk-through

When we arrive, we photograph each area and confirm with you what stays and what goes. Nothing leaves that you have not pointed to.

  3. 3

    Load, protect and haul

We pad doorways and use dollies on finished floors. Items are sorted for donation, recycling or disposal as they go on the truck.

  4. 4

    Sweep up and after pictures

We sweep the cleared area and take the after shots. You get both sets so you have a clean record of the job.

What sets the price

We give upfront pricing with no hidden fees, so you know the number before any work starts. Most of the cost comes down to how much truck space your items fill and how hard they are to reach. A short phone call usually gets us close, and an on-site look settles the rest.

Volume of material
Pricing is mostly based on how much of the truck your items take up. A few desks cost far less than a full floor of cubicles.
Access and carrying distance
Ground-floor rooms with a dock or wide doors load quickly. Upper floors, long hallways and tight stairwells take more time and hands.
Disassembly needed
Bolted shelving, built-in counters and modular furniture have to come apart before they move. We factor that labor in up front.
Item types
Some things, like appliances with refrigerant or bulk electronics, need separate handling for recycling. We tell you on the call if anything on your list falls into that group.
Timing around your hours
Working early or late to avoid customers can affect scheduling. We will talk through options so the job fits your business day.

Questions business owners ask us

Something not covered here? (404) 620-3010

Can you work around our business hours?

Yes. We plan the job for a time when your space is quiet, such as before opening or after close, when our schedule allows. Tell us your hours on the call and we will find a window that keeps the disruption low.

How quickly can you come out?

Same-day and next-day service is available, depending on the size of the job and how our week is shaping up. Bigger cleanouts with several rooms may need a little more planning. On the call we will tell you the soonest opening we have.

What do the photos show, and who gets them?

We take pictures of each area before we start and again once it is cleared and swept. You get them after the job. Property managers often forward them to owners, and landlords keep them on file for tenant move-outs.

Do you donate or recycle anything?

We do when items are in usable shape. Working office furniture, shelving and fixtures often find a second home, and metal goes to recycling. Whatever cannot be reused is disposed of properly.

Do you need someone on site the whole time?

Someone should be there at the start for the walk-through so we agree on exactly what goes. After that, many clients let us work while they handle other things. The after pictures show you how we left the space.
